Default Toyota Supra

Hi again guys.

I got new pencils yesterday, much better than normal HB ones. So I decided to test them out.

Except, I didn't know what to draw, so just started chopping instead.

When looking through Demon's Resource pack, in the TunerZine folder, I found this Supra, and I liked it a lot, so I decided to draw it.

1-1.5 hours of work, I hope you guys like it.

Well, it looks like your starting to step away from the basics.
Now I think you should start working on being able to make thin lines and being able to control where they go more.
Some of your lines don't follow each other, most easily noticed in your front tire that looks you tried to run over a curb...
The better you get at these two aspects, the smaller the details you'll be able to add. You could eventually be able to draw each individual fin on the radiators!!! Well, theoretically....
Oh, and seeing as how you bought a whole pencil se (which can be kinds expensive), you never thought about an erase shield, did you?
These will REALLY help to get some of the finer areas....
Just be careful, they're an extremely thin piece of metal.....it gets bent, you might as well get a new one....
Well, GOOD LUCK!!!
And try putting a bit more time into it....just like getting laid, you don't want a "quicky"!!!!
Sorry, I had to say it!!

Well, quit reading this and GET TO WORK!!!!!!
Oh, and good luck

I agree with WhytBoi's points and you may have a bit too hard edged of a style yet but im seeing improvement with fluidity with each new submission. I think this is a damn good sketch bro.
My suggestion is to work on developing a softer touch and dont be in such of a hurry to outline or "get dark". One and a half hours is a good while yes, but I have taken days to complete a drawing. It really boils down to what you want as a finished product. Are you going for just a raw sketch or a polished drawing? Most important is to work with a sharp pencil. Im constantly sharpening when I sketch.
I hate jacking threads but I also love the opportunity to talk art and to help artists develop natural art skills. I feel what we do here is indeed art but also realize that many chop artists dont have or even care about basic art skills. Which is fine, but I firmly believe that having the ability to draw and paint really enhances your ability as a chop artist.

Heres a couple of my drawings for you to see some difference and make out some of the points that WhytBoi and I have hit on here. You definitely got talent, keep practicing to perfect it.
