stupid hand icon

i have somehow ended up with a hand icon as my cursor and it wont let me select anything in the nav bar down the side. how the hell do i get rid.

control panel, mouse,pointers.n select a different one!...donno if that helps or not?

reset settings
cs3 : Edit>Preferences>General>Reset all warning dialogs
