OK bro, this isnt PS advice, just plain ol life advice from a fellow constituent.
Dont ever cut yourself down.
You may not be as advanced or talented as you want to be, a true artist never is, but keep that information to yourself.
Actually you need to exude confidence in yourself and try to keep a positive attitude.
Positve thoughts produce positive actions, and negative thoughts well...you get the idea.

My real point here is that if you go around presenting yourself and your work as second rate or rushed or sucky, people will believe you and characterize you as such.

Your drawing is pretty damn good and I bet if you put some effort into drawing some rims you might surprise youself.

Remember," The most important step in in achieving something is first believing that you can."

Strong with the force, Davinci is. I agree with him on self-surprise, I've done that A LOT w/my latest photoshops. Advancing in life, not only PS, comes down to whether you just want to keep doing what you're doing or reach a little higher. Know what I mean?

Very nice drawing dude, I remember when I used to do widebody sketches of my Honda Accord in math class. Keep it up.

Must agree with Mr... well i don't know his real name so i'll use his epithet, PsDavinci. i imagine part of the reason you can't draw rims is because you don't draw rims . I was the same in Life Drawing back in art school i would never draw the model's face, always intimidated by the idea of it. The result was my drawings, however beautiful in the body were always missing a vital part. The lack of face lead to lack of an acceptable grade (along with a nasty pang to my ego ) So i started drawing faces in my own time, taking a notebook into my local town and whenever i left the house. Soon my skill at drawing faces surpassed my skill with bodies, i got my diploma with honors and went on to do an advanced degree. I also used to say things like "it's pretty crappy" or "it was a rushed attempt" when people would compliment my work, Because of this, people stopped complimenting my work and my feelings about it were lower still. Now i look at everything positively and i feel great in myself and people feel a lot better about me. How you feel on the inside shows on the outside.

/end of publication

Edit: Oh yeah, the drawing! Your drawing skills are generally very good, the proportions (the thing most people get most wrong) are near enough accurate and your shading is good, if a little smudgy (nothing that can't be easily solved).
I would put a little effort into getting the seats shaded and drawing in some rims, maybe even at a later date when you've studied rims a little :P. Good Luck!
