The perspective is wierd, and the lines are very jagged. Take more time (if you are using line tool).

looks like its really flimsy plastic or somethin.... and yea it looks pretty flat, all the details look painted on, need more depth

I guess it was a good idea, but you gotta understand that an idea and the execution of that idea must go hand in hand. Your revision only made the concept look pasty. It doesn't look too smooth...just blurry in parts.
