License Plates tutorial

I came across this tutorial on making a license plates from scratch on photoshop plate and didn't know if its been posted before or if any one got any interest in making a license plates from scratch. Could help on making a custom plate or if u want to make a custom states plate also.

haha should go n and post the regular site bc there ideas to do alot of small stuff to a car
