nice tut there joe, may i recomended adding about 1% noise filter to original brush layers. that too is very subtle, but adds tremendously to the "realism" factor

yep.... very good point. But every one has there own style..... you do your reflections a lot different to me joe... i usually use the clone tool on a low opacity using the sideskirt selection as a giude.

But i must say, very easy to follow.... should keep everyone asking for a brush tutorial for at least a week or so jk jk

Thanks to everyone for the compliments and additional help.

Airbrushing is something each person does different(as is all photoshoping IMO), this wasn't really made to tell you exactly how to airbrush, it was more of a guide to give you an idea of how to get started and do certain things. Hopefully some people learned a few little things about how to get going and maybe a few learned even more from the tips and tricks that others have added in replies.

And yes, this should hold off the brushing tutorial requests for at least 3 or 4 days, then I'll make another one in a few months :P :P ...

I think that helped me a bit too...

Why does brushing become so popular? Copy and Paste is much easier... and could look very real also, because it comes from org. cars... what ya think?

Besides the fact that at times you cant find a piece that fits your car and looks they way you want it to, theres also the customization factor. You know no other person can make thiers exactly like yours.

you need to put your feather setting on like .15 or something when you make selections
