Ive already started too but, i've got an idea.
How about we all chop a GT86, no matter what pic, you can choose one you like and go with it. The most "creative"/best executed chop wins?

Nice on RK. Let's just stick with the original 86 base and see what comes out of it. It's only a week after all and the winner can choose a completely different base next time to mix things up!
Hope every yon is cool with that.

Sorry Martin, just posted and didn't see your reply!
I'm happy with that suggestion. I'm sure a few have started on the original base & some would prefer a diff base so a general '86 comp may well work!

Sorry I haven't popped in recently. What's your official start date? I would recommend starting a thread in Battle Arena to mark the official start, just to avoid confusion.
I can post up the poll, or one of you can as well. I don't think any of us voting have much of a bias, so if we know who did what it probably won't matter much.
What we have done in the past is pick a car, and it's up to everyone else to find a photo of it. I think this can work well, for now at least.
I like the idea of the winner picking the next base as well, as long as the same person isn't winning all the time.

Update
I have just posted a new thread in the battle area for this mini comp.
Same start date and deadline apply as to this thread although i have stated that if anyone is unhappy with the submitted base they can use their own GT86 base instead.
i have stated a few rules etc (as i think is the norm?)
I just need to confirm where contestants should send their completed chops to. Kenny - how does this normally work? would you be up for receiving them maybe?

Send them my way, and I can put up the anonymous sort of poll.
Good luck to all of you! Looking forward to seeing them.

Thanks Kenny, should people PM them to you, or email them? If so which email address to use?
This should be good! Hopefully we can get things moving again!

PM will be best. That way I don't have to fuss with uploading them and all that.

Niaz!!! Good to see you on here again!
Check out New Era - Short Competition #2. There is another competition that has just started. The base is a Honda Civic.
Thanks to a few of the new members this place is still alive, and attempting to make a bit of a comeback. I'm just helping them a little, while they do most of the work.
I won't be able to do this week's competition due to a large amount of work (3-4 car photoshoots plus freelance design work)
