i wanna know how long it takes you to do that. And man, u should consider, if you havent already, Doing hand car renderings and make some $$$ like Chip Foose. Hell, u could have 5 shows like him too, LOL.

That illustration is what i see a lot. Model car, half custom, body parts layin everywhere, and paint spilled. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.

*sorry*

forgot to mention that stuff rasta...

Medium is Staedler pencil leads 4H,2H, HB, 2B, 4B on Vellum finished bristol board. actual size is 11"x9"

The project was called 'hidden keys'. It was a gay theme, but had the freedon to draw anything... I've wanted to draw a model car all semester... so here was my shot. I hid the key, which is more visually hidden than physically hidden... because it relates to the watercup and clear bottles in the way lights and darks play off of it.... it doesn't stand out unless you're looking for a key.

I made the composition about surfaces, surfaces of the Testors model paint bottles which are rounded shiny glass, the chrome of the model Caddy, the spilled glossblack paint with the reflection of the chrome. I like this project alot. glad u enjoy!
keep comments comin
