hey guys i wanna toon a bike what program is better to use?

photoshop or adobe illustrator?

and like what stroke on the pen tool

Either will be cool

For main outlines use a thicker stroke, e.g 3px

and for others use 2 and 1px.

Looking amazing so far

I recommand you use the circle tool for the wheels, and anything round..

Select using Circle Selection tool then transform selection and then distort it to the shape, and then stroke

i should be doing all this by layers right?,....like each part a diff layer or how did u do it?

what i normally do is the thicker lines on one layer. thinner lines on another and that. then for the colouring yes do all different parts of colour on new layers then its easier to go back and edit if you make a mistake or want to change it instead of havin to redo a lot. cool job so far btw
