Windows Xp Prob

Mine is like the other guys problem only a little different.....
But I already reinstalled windows xp... so its no longer a problem I just wanna know what it was...

It would shut off after like 15 minutes of touching the computer, but before it would shut down it would go to the regular old windows look and not the xp look and then shut off and restart... Anyone have this problem or know what it is?
