Default uh oh...i'm coming back! Lexus

WELL! It's probably been over a year since i've done anything with a chop...and another forum I'm at had a PS competition...and i got sucked into it..hehehe

It's already over...i didn't get it finished, i turned it in kind of accidentally. Someone posted and said "here's my progress" so i did the same, but then i re-read the rules and we weren't supposed to post more than once, so i screwed myself out of the deal.

But here's the progress

Original

My progress (just doing subtle, clean changes right now)

You guys think i still have it?!?!?!

I'll still do some other things to it...we'll see...i miss this game!

I think that if the front bumper and the side skirt are so low.. why not make the rear bumper a bit lower? Also, the rims to me looks odd, probably because of the angle. But i think its a pretty nice weird car... good job

i have no idea whats going on with the paint... like ferrariguy said, the tire pf is way too low which is why the wheels look weird.. as for if u still got "it"... i wish i knew what "it" was in the first place

wow...i see there are still a lot of newbs on here...

"Too low profile?"
ever been in reality? Check this out....this is a real life car! no really! someone really owns this, not photoshop!

the paint is what's called "fading", which by definition means to transition smoothly...

and the front was lowered more than the back for an aggressive stance, as well as the wheel gap up front appeared to be more than that in the rear.

have you guys ever seen a show car, by any chance at all???

bro i reckon it looks tight

love the paint job as well, i believe the term is pearl yeah????

pearl paint jobs rock big time, as for the pf of the tyres i dont see to much wrong with them, but i would prolly bring the rear tyre out a little bit more so its almost rubbing against the arch, would give it a hell fat stance imo

i dont nkow how good at flaring you are but that car would look hell sweet with some VIP flares.

hurry up and finish it i want to see how pimpin it becomes

thanks dude!!
Yea as soon as i posted, i realized i should have used PEARL instead of fade, it's kinda a mix of both. It's a bit more evident than pearl, but you could use that as a proper term!

as for the rear rim, it's not rubbin on the car. If ya look towards the back of the wheel, you can see the wheel is incessed a bit, so it's just the angle

Thank you for the compliments! I plan on finishing it up sometime soon

yes i have been to multiple car shows, and with a chop like that i dont think you are intitled to make fun of noobs... imo... also, you have no right to call me a noob since i doubt youve seen any of my chops b4, or u have but forgot

actually no one does, because we all started out there....

haha...i've seen your chops...i've looked through them. Found nothing extraordinary. With a remark like that I almost respected you because i thought you might have some pretty badass chops. I'll say they were good, but not good enough to be talkin like that son.

Give me a coupe weeks to warm up. A lotta people that knew me back when i chopped all the time could tell you i had a pretty good hand at this. No i wasn't great, but i had some damn good chops.

[laid back]

hey 92 gp...i remember some of your old chops and they were pretty bad ***...dont take ghetto serious...hes got good chops but hes a little harsh on the replies...juss take it in stride and work off what he says...if you dont agree with him dont change it...as for your chop...i like it...very pimpin...the front wheel seems to have some camber issues...id rotate it a bit counter clockwise...your vent on the skirt seems juss a little bit sketchy...but nice otherwise...i like the rims...and the swap is done well (except the angle issue i mentioned)...but i would use some nice big chrome wheels on there...it seems like that would fit the chop better...and btw....on your lowering...you used a random line through the curb...maybe use the grass line instead?...itd look cleaner imo...and you wouldnt worry about the concrete not lining up...good chop tho...for a wip it has serious potential...

i never said my chops were extrodinary... i only said that i woudnt even know if i was a noob or not.. i think we can agree that im not...

i also said no one has a right to call someone a noob... it is pointless

dont try make it seem like i said you suck and that im great.. because i never did... u called me a noob and i disagreed.. nothing more

as for being harsh.. i post my opinion and state it as it is.. if you dont want peoples opinions then dont post in the wip section because thats what its for.. to get ideas and to fix mistakes..

imo, what ive gotten from this, is that you expect for people to just say.. wow thats a great chop and things like that.. tough luck

Nothing bad I can see. It's a great chop. I think it's fine the way it is. Are you going to add anything?

looks ok. I didnt read all the posts (too much drama for me) but the rear rim looks a lil flat, and the side skirt vent looks fake. also the front rim has some major positive camber problems. Color threw me off at first, but i'm starting to like it.
