Default Restoration Works in progress

Well!

I'm really excited...i bought my 4th grand prix the other night (LOL)
This one, however, is a 5spd. Omicron can tell you just how rare 5spd Grand Prix's are! Don't see too many of them flyin around.
Well the one i got has a HORRID looking body, but it does have a subtle kit (erebuni)

I took some pics...what i'm wanting to do is to restore it in the pics to get an idea of what it can/would/will look like later down the road.

Here is the first pic i did (very quick restore)

That's what it looked like the first time i spotted it. I figured i'd fix it up a bit

NEver got around to doin the roof, but you get the gist.

Anyway, i'm workin on this one now...a rear pic, and it's gettin the hell beaten out of me. It's totally whipping my ***. I've NEVER done restoration pics before in my life, other than that attempt up there. So i'm geting a new look at the way of doing things.

Anyway, here's the pic i started with

Where i got to

Anyone else wanna give it a whirl? I really love this paint color, but if you want to throw on another metallic red...go for it!

Thanks Brian!! Tis a WIP.
The first one was a quicky just to get the idea. I'll definately finish up some work on it.
But yea, if you just glance at it you won't know much of a differnce. But there are several small spots restored. ANd go ahead and give your shot at makin that door/fender look good! it was a pain for an intended quicky!

The second one is takin quite a while. What a pain. But it should look good. I really focused on the rear bumper, as it had quite a few spots on it, kind of like the first one did on the front bumper.

And all that i'm doing, i plan on doing it to the car. I'm going to give it's body a nice little makeover and make it look good. Then probably drop the engine in it that i'm buildin in the garage right now
