These are the forum rules, to be read and obeyed by every member, no exceptions!

1. NO RACIST, SEXIST OR OTHER -IST COMMENTS. No one wants to hear it...period. Grounds for suspension and if it continues - banning.

2. NO SPAMMING. Spamming is considered creating threads or replying in posts that have no importance to anyone...or in other words, boosting your post count (post counts aren't really that important are they?). Grounds for suspension and if it continues - banning.

3. NO SHORT REPLIES ON CHOPS. Reply unto others as you would have them reply to you. examples: "meh" or "pretty boring" or "that sucks" or "ive seen better from you" etc. These sort of replies have no value whatsoever. Grounds for suspension and if continues - banning.

4. NO ARGUING. If someone is giving you problems PM a mod and bring the post(s) to their attention, do not try to fight back..it's pointless and can only get you into trouble. Grounds for suspension and if it continues - banning.

5. NO FAVORTISM. Friends or not, everyone is to be treated equal.

6. NO THREATENING IN ANY WAY. This includes but not limited too- death threats, threats to 'beat someone up', threats to send viruses or any other computer program that can mess up someomes computer. Grounds for suspension and if continues - banning.

7. STEALING CHOPS/PARTS OF CHOPS. If you are caught stealing chops or parts of chops you will be warned once and banned permanantly the next time. This is serious business where we are concerned. However there is a fine line in chop stealing and here's my best explanation...if someone made a part or a complete chop from scratch (brushed), every pixel belongs to them. They have sole ownership and complete rights to it. DO NOT take, borrow or use any portion without express permission from the creator, which in most cases are unattainable and will deny the use of anyhow. If you do, you will be considered a thief here and its about the lowest you can go in our book. However there are a considerable amount of graphically enhanced stock photos available on the net. Using parts from these photos is acceptable because they are considered public domain and therefore authorized by the artist for public use.

8. HATE PM'S. Do not flood or send hate PM's to someones PM box. If you do recieve a hate PM or any other crap that you think should not be in your PM box, foward it to a mod or admin. Grounds for suspension and if it continues - banning.

9. DO NOT ASK FOR MORE COMMENTS. This will not make people comment more, if anything it'll make them comment less because it is considered annoying and a form of spamming. Grounds for suspension and if it continues - banning.

10. If you are caught with more than one screen name on PSC all screen names associated with you WILL BE BANNED, and any other screen names that you create to get back on WILL ALSO BE BANNED. In other words, you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK ON PSC. END OF STORY.Click here for more info.

11. MAN UP or SHIP OUT. Face it, we post our work to get feedback and more times than not its going to include some criticism. This is not designed to anger or degrade you but instead to help in your development. Yes there will be many instances where this might include petty gripes and certain opinions that you may or may not agree with. It could also come from someone whom you feel is not qualified to critique you. In any case just take it for what its worth and move on. Be thankfull someone actually took the time to respond to your work at all, because that in itself is a compliment. If you are the type who just cant take criticism, I suggest you find some other community to take part in. Any blatent retaliatory or duragative response to comments you dont agree with will be considered inciting an argument. See rule #4.

12. BE RESPECTFULL. Learn to choose your words wisely and refrain from any/all forms of harsh, crude, hatefull, taunting, disrespectfull and otherwise stupid and useless comments. Especially when critiquing chops. Those who post their work are expecting and entitled to informed, honest and professional responses. This is a learning community and we are all commited to the same cause. We will not stand for egotism or plagurism in any form fit or fashion. If and when this occurs, it is at the moderators discretion to issue a warning or simply impose a ban. But in most cases there will be no warning. YOU WILL BE BANNED, and unless its an unusual case and/or you are typically an upstanding member with an otherwise clean record, the ban will be permanent. Dont get me wrong, we are not saying you cant cut up and have fun. On the contrary, we endorse it. PSC has always put a lot of emphasis on being a crazy, fun loving bunch and thats not going to change. Just make yourself aware of the lines and dont step over them.
