wow talk about a completely random and obscenely vague question. Well all i would say is read some tutorials and get ideas, you need inspiration first though man. You can't just want to do it because you see other people do it, you need to actually WANT to do it before you can create some descent work.
EDIT: well first thing is get photoshop

if you could get up more of a side view, ill do the mini for you. ::cracks knuckles:: havent done a mini in a while, but no prob. the angle you posted isnt bad, but i think itll come out better a little bit more from the side.

heres my attempt at the view you gave. nice car, btw. im a huge fan of the VAG. and no, you prevs, im not talking about that vag. im referring to volkswagen auto gruppe. (vw, audi, porsche, etc.)
