The hell did this guy get it to move like this? I can understand the smoke and the jets but how did he make it into a .gif and move it?

He just made a few different versions with the car in different positions then imported them into imageready and put together the animation and saved as a .gif. Cool idea.

It's not that hard to do. It was made like PSD said.
There are some basic tutorials on youtube about imageready and how to make animation, when you understand how to do it it's actually pretty easy.

You can do it in Photoshop aswell. It's pretty simple. Just find the animation toolbar or whatever it is and create new scenes/move the layers about. That very simple explanation probably wouldnt help but there are a few simple tuts out there.
