I agree with Carty.

Side views are an ok start but try getting into 3/4 views, I know it's hard but you'll get the hang of it and it will show more detail about that car.

You mean like the Escalade I drew above. I don't only do side views. I know the front bumper is slightly off. But I drew this back in High School of '02.

This car I started by tracing the outer line from a magazine and then I filled in all of the details by hand. Everything including the headlights, fender bulges, rims, and the interior was all eyeballed.
