Red face How to blur wheels

Okay, so I was trying to take some rolling shots today but I dont have a DSLR camera, only a point and shoot so I was not able to adjust the shutter speed to make the wheels look like they are in motion.

What would be the best filter or way to get the wheels to look like the wheels below? Thanks for the help.

This is what all of mine look like...

Select round the wheel then go to
Filters>>Blur>>Radial Blur -
Amount = 10%

Blue Method = Spin

Quality = Best

There
Before the filter

After the filter

Good luck

I had a go too, I went a bit overboard with filters and reflections but anyway,... Basically, dont forget to put a motion blur on the background too.

You could always cut them off another picture like the one you posted of the rex's,
like so...
