i was looking for a background for my car , and i came accross those pictures.
I assume they are made from a real pictures, but can anyone confirm that they have been made from a real picture or from scratch ?!?!
im familiar with dangeruss' work. look up tutorials on tooning, and also look through the drawing/cartoon chop section of the forums. if you want to see some insane toonage, look at some of Tony Riley's work, here on this forum. and to answer your question, yes, those were made from original photographs.

Here's a fast story. I got my first 2.5 RS 1999 that was mad modified ok. But i didnt took any pictures at all of the car. Nothing, Nada. The first day i put my new rims , 2 punks stole my car at my job ( we saw them on camera ) . So on my new car, i decided that i would take all the pictures, and do all the artwork possible i could to do to keep a good souvenir of it ( if anything happens) .
Now, my dealer he's asking me for a good picture of my car to put in the showroom. But i have no good picture and i want someone to help me out to make the car look great with an awesome background.
Do you really think i would give that much info and take my time to send an url link of myspace and send a lot of pictures for the fun of it. I know its my first post, but i came here because i saw some good pictures and saw a lot of expert using this photoshop.
Dont trust me yet , ok i will post a picture with me and my car with the paper like you want.
FOR THE SPONSORS, i have real sponsors and i have other names that we made some deals on some parts. I will not explain everything, but no, i dont have FULL SPONSORSHIP on every sponsors i have on the car, but have some good rebates and prices on parts and stuff like that. So the complete decal work was for the 2006 SCP7 carshow in montreal.
Thanks for my GF. She deserve good compliments too. She loves to take pictures , but I know shes making the impossible around all those "well known models" when she does the modeling around my car.
I'm suprised nobody's asked for the girlfriend to hold up the sign.
I suppose i'll take a stab at tuning the beast. One thing I will ask though, is in return for the many hours that lay ahead of me, is if you're in Michigan any time soon I wanna drive it. Seems fair right? lol
One last question, what's it say in the sign with www.photoshopchop.com on the bottom with the small print?

i've doen the realistic style toon; its not that difficult if you know the program you're working in. I use flash; some people use illustrator [for advanced gradient control].. its all in technique. Just like chopping, you can change the background .. or leave it as it was.
ps: i'll do the toon - but i'll need better photos -- cause even the best toon can look like *** due to the original photo.
Can people do "this" from a REAL PICTURE ??
