How To Change car colour, good version, only works on some cars
1. open your image, in this case its an acura.
2. duplicate your layer.
3. use the colour replace brush to brush any colour on your body/wheels, i used green.
4. delete the bits you dont want, viola, you're done

That's an easy way but I've found it only looks good with certain colors. Nice tut though

u can then change the hue/saturation, layer styles, layer opacy and the brightness, looks mor realistic
heres my finished product, using just colour replacement:
(i like purple, look in my sig  )

this tutorial is way better than your other one, but still not that great. the colors you used are way too saturated and do not look realistic at all.

Theres nuthin wrong wit purple, my FAVOURITE colour is blue, purple is in fifth, ok,
my favourite colours:
1.Blue
2.Green
3.Orange
4.Aqua
5.PURPLE
...
last.pink
