Step 1

All good cars have really nice shiny wheel rims. This is really easy to do in photoshop as well

In this tutorial we will turn these wheels into the below

to these shiny ones:

Step 3

First of all save the first image and then open it up in photoshop...

Make a new layer and name it bling (cause these wheels will bling!).

Right, now set your foreground colour to white.

Now zoom right in on your wheel and select the brush tool.

Now just brush the wheel but brush around the spokes etc.

Now do the same to your other wheel(s).

You should end up with something like this:

Step 4

Now set the layer's blending mode to Overlay and lower the opacity to 60%. This will give your wheels a really shiny look:

You can also mess around with the opacity and the blending modes to get an increased/decreased shine and make your image look really good!
