Step 1

Select the basic outline using the "Polygonal Lasso Tool"

Step 2

Using the "Smudge Tool" (at a high percent) Smudge the general colors serounding the headlight.

Step 3

At a lower percentage, smudge the colors horizontal to the head light, making it seemless.

Step 4

If the color do not smudge perfectly, a defining line will remain, remove this using the "Smudge Tool"

Step 5

Add defnition lines under the hood line for realism using the "Line Tool", a shadow effect may be neccesary.

Step 6

Final. This is the end result, compare the left and right headlights.
