We accept PayPal payments only! You may use a credit card, but only thru PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal does offer the option of checking out as a guest.
Payment is required within 4 days of the end of sale, or immediately with the use of 'Buy Now'.
Any sale winners that have not been paid for within 4 days will be reported to as an 'Unpaid Buyer'.
Sales Tax Information
Sales tax is applied to items sold in CO. If you have a business certificate, please contact via messaging us so we can adjust your invoice and/or refund you the tax difference; please be sure to reference the Item ID number in your message.
We process shipments within 2 business day after receiving cleared funds, Monday thru Friday, shipment cutoff time is 10:00am MST.
We do not process orders on weekends, or major holidays.
We WILL SHIP GLOBALLY BUT ONLY THROUGH GLOBAL SHIPPING TO Accepted DESTINATIONS Our shipping is provided thru the use of FedEx shipping AND POSTAL USPS only.
Items purchased thru will only be shipped to /PayPal confirmed addresses within the Continental United States AND GLOBALLY.
You are responsible for confirming your address information is up to date and correct with /PayPal at the time of purchase.
Our packages are NOT set for Delivery Confirmation Signature Required.
EXTRA OPTIONS for Shipping BEFORE PAYING:
If you want signature requirement for your package, please let us know prior to paying. We will add a $5.00 charge on the invoice in the shipping section and send you the new invoice, this charge covers the cost that FedEx charges for this service. We cannot add this after you've already paid.

Tracking information will be added to the order upon the item being shipped from our facility.
If your item(s) arrive damaged please hold the item, packaging, and contact us immediately thru messaging. All shipping claims must be approved by the carrier before a refund can be issued.
Local pickup is not available due to how /PayPal handles proof of delivery for items sold.
We work hard to make you, the customer, happy and satisfied with your purchase. All of our items sold thru carry a 30 day warranty which starts on the delivery date reported by the shipping carrier.

Please contact us thru via messaging BEFORE opening a case against us which will only delay the return/refund process. You, the buyer, can return the item to us, for any reason within the 30 day window.

Return shipment information (call tags, pickups, etc.) must be initiated by us and we will cover those return shipping costs. We will NOT cover shipping costs that you incur by shipping an item yourself to us.
Refunds will only be processed when we have received the returned item.
