By offerding on this equipment from Sector Supply youare agreeing to the following additional terms and conditions – by placing aoffer on this item, you are stating that you understand and agree that: 1) SectorSupply requires that any residual R2 Focus Materials that may result from therepair or refurbishment of this equipment must be handled in a way thatconforms to Provision 5 of the R2 standard in regards to focus materials (itemscontaining mercury, CRTs and CRT Glass, batteries, circuit boards, itemscontaining PCB’s, and toner and toner cartridges). Allresidual focus material resulting from the repair or refurbishment of theequipment sold by Sector Supply to customer will either be returned to SectorSupply, or will be handled in a manner that conforms to the provisions of theR2 standard (available upon request);2) In addition to any applicable warranty terms for credit or replacement,which are not changed by this Agreement, Sector Supply extends the offer totake back residual focus materials from the repair or refurbishment of this equipmentat no charge, as well as any equipment that does not function according to thekey function tests that are performed on them; 3)Unless later returned under warranty or thereafter, all equipment purchasedwill be deemed to meet the requirements of the customer’s specifications; 4)Equipment or components if resold by the winning buyer, will be sold forreuse, and only with key functions working; 5)The following R2:2013 equipment conditions apply depending on the descriptionof the item listed: (a) Items described as NEW or TESTED are considered to be“Tested for Full Functions, R2/Ready for Reuse” under the R2:2013 standard;(b) Items described as KEY TESTED are considered to be “Tested for KeyFunctions, R2/Ready for Resale under the R2:2013 standard;and (c) Items described as UNTESTED, KNOWN DEFECTIVE, or DAMAGED, are consideredto be “Evaluated and Non-Functioning, R2/Ready for Repair” under the R2:2013standard; 6)If the equipment has been tested for key functions, Sector Supply can provide acopy of the test out sheet for said equipment upon request, detailing the testresults for each unit in the purchase. If KEY TESTED equipment has any key testfailures, this will be made known to the purchaser by describing such failuresin the listing itself;and 7) Any equipment being purchased without either full or key functionstesting (e.g., UNTESTED, KNOWN DEFECTIVE, or DAMAGED) is understood to be soldfor reuse, repair, and refurbishment only. UNTESTED purchases will requirecustomer qualification prior to shipment (see preview of the agreement you willbe asked to sign in listing);KNOWN DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED purchases will require a complete downstream vendoraudit package, please contact Sector Supply to begin this process, whichusually takes 1-3 business days. 8) Allpurchases of UNTESTED, KNOWN DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED product is subject to annualverification of the product’s disposition, meaning you agree to respond toSector Supply with information and documentation (redacted shipping docs, etc)upon request.
