A nice find for the die hard Mac collector looking for a very early machine. This little beauty was actually manufactured during the 8th week of production according to the online decoder I found. Anything older usually ends up in a museum.
Buyer will get the computer, original Apple mouse in its original box and the actual shipping carton with label from Fremont California (with the foam packing inside). There is a plastic container that fits neatly into the top of the box, Inside the container are 2 instructional cassette tapes, one of which is still shrink wrapped. Another sleeve is in there as well but I’m not sure what it used to contain…maybe the power cord? You will also receive the power cord of course!
You can tell I’m not a MAC guy and I apologize for sounding vague in my description. I wish I knew more but will answer any questions to the best of my ability.
There are no system disks, I plugged it in and the screen seemed to indicate that a disk was required. Obviously it will power up to the point shown but after that I have no idea and the winning buyer should offer understanding that the computer will probably have to be professionally restored to working condition. It may work perfectly with the system disks but I cannot guarantee or imply that it will. This will be expensive to ship and I don’t want to ship it back and forth across the country twice…please understand what you are buying!
The box is quite rough for sure but it is complete. The computer has pretty good coloration but the mouse is very yellowed as shown. There are various rips and tears in everything cardboard but it is all there. The PC has no cracks or chips that I can see and the screen is bright. only allows 12 pictures so if you want more detail you’ll have to ask. You would think they would want as many pictures as possible?

Shipping weight will be around 20 pounds. It’s being sent in its box since it was good enough for Apple. The box will then be placed inside a larger box for added protection and insured.
Shipping costs are determined by the post office and . The post office increased all rates this past year. I charge exactly what they charge me (or less) and this rate is clearly visible on the shipping label. Please do not hold shipping costs against me.
Specific return privileges for this item
This item has limited return privileges if buyer agrees to return it in the same excellent condition as I am shipping it. This means unused and still like new. Any postal damage or loss will be pursued through the USA Postal Service. The package will be insured.
