This purchase includes an Asus p8h61-m le/csm r2.0 Micro-ATX Motherboard, a Core i5-2400 processor, and two 4Gb sticks of 1333MHz DDR3 RAM, as well as the stock Intel CPU cooler for the processor. This setup, alongside the 1060 I sold a couple months ago, allowed me to play even the most demanding games (GTA V, The Witcher 3, etc) at 1080p, 60 FPS on high settings. All parts come pre-installed, and all that is needed to build a fully functioning PC is a Power Supply, GPU and Case.
