Thank you for viewing my listing. All of my pre-owned items are cleaned, tested for functionality, and described as accurately as possible. Serial numbers and Identification numbers and Stickers are recorded and photographed. Components and parts have been discreetly marked for identification. I have a 14 day return policy for hardware unless otherwise stated in the listing. I do not accept returns for software. I offer no warranty on software that is installed on any computer.

The sale winner is buying: One Apple MacBook 13\" Mid-2009 2.16GHz Intel Core 2 Duo / 2GB RAM Black | Vintage, fully functional. Unit passed the Apple Service Diagnostic test. The fan races. The optical drive is failing, but it did boot the ASD disk. The top case and bezel are cracked and there is damage to one foot pad, but otherwise the unit is in good condition. See pictures. HDD passed SMART but is old. The unit has OS X 10.7 installed, and the battery is Normal, at cycle count 915. It\'s old, so offer accordingly. Buy as-is. Sorry I don\'t have a power adapter.

Return Policy and Warranty
If you would like to make a return please email me for a return merchandise authorization. Tell me the reason for the return. I will refund your money or replace the item. All returns must be dated or post marked within 14 days of receiving the item. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless otherwise stated.
Items returned for a refund:
1- Parts or Repair items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in order to receive a refund. Buyer pays shipping both ways and a 10% restocking fee.
2- Pre-Owned items must be returned in the same condition they were sent with the original packaging and documentation. Buyer pays shipping both ways and a 15% restocking fee.
The Buyer pays for shipping both ways means that if free shipping was offered at the time of the purchase then that cost will be deducted from the refund for items returned for any reason other than the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Items returned other reasons:
3- A wrong item or a defective item may be returned for a full refund including shipping.
Defective items will be tested before the refund is issued. For items found to be as described, the above policies 1 or 2 will be applied.
This warranty is void if the item is misused or any labels are tampered with. Serial #s are recorded. I do not make any warranty in regards to software installed on any item. New unopened items that have a factory warranty and are defective must be serviced by the factory and no return will be allowed.
