Shipping:
The item will bepackaged carefully and will weigh around 32 pounds with packing material. If wecan, we will combine shipping on multiple items to save cost.
We use both UPS andUSPS for shipments. For internationalshipments: the postage calculator in does not take into account parcelsize and may not be accurate so please wait for our invoice which will reflectthe actual cost of shipping the item.
All shipments areinsured, and the cost is automatically added to the shipping charge. We do notship damaged boxes. If a box arrives damaged and the item broken, email usimmediately and a claim will be filed and you will be refunded. The USPSconsistently damages or loses items, regardless of our packaging, so pleasetell us as soon as possible. We cannot resolve a problem unless it is reportedto us in a timely fashion.
Local pickup can bearranged and is highly recommended for heavier items. Contact us and we can schedule a time to havethe item available at our facility.
Payment:
Payments must be inthe form of Paypal. If you have less than 10 response, please email us toconfirm that you intend to pay. Payment within 48 hours of item ending ensures thatyour item is shipped within 1-2 business days of payment. Any items paid for after that may be heldover until the next weekly shipping cycle.
Returns:
Damaged or DOA itemswill be fully or partially refunded in accordance with the buyers wishes. Undamaged items may be returned within 14days of receipt, but the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways and theitem must be in original condition to be eligible for a refund. Any issues clearly stated in the descriptionwill not be grounds for a full refund so please review the specs carefullybefore offerding. We do not grade the condition of items due to the subjectivenature, and as such, please refer to the pictures for the exterior condition ofthe item. Used items will almost always show signs of wear like scratches andscuffs and will not be noted unless it affects the normal use of the item.
