I boughtthis board, CPU and 8Gb of memory in March, 2012, to upgrade my gaming system,adding another 8 Gb of memory three months later. I used this rig for two years before movingit to my moderately used business system in September, 2014, where it has beenin use, working just fine, when I replaced it last week with an Asus MaximusHero VIII.
The boardwill be shipped in the original box with most of the original contents; the I/Obackplate, several SATA cables, A USB 3.0 rear port adapter, thedrivers/software CD, Q-connectors, user\'s guide and a Crossfire bridge. The drivers are out of date so use the supportwebsite to download the current ones.
The CPUremains mounted in the socket to avoid any accidental damage in packing orshipping. It was working perfectly whenthe board was pulled last week.
Two of thememory sticks will be shipped in the original box. The other two will be carefully wrapped andplaced inside the motherboard box.
IMPORTANTNOTE: There is currently no Windows 10 chipsetdriver download available on the Asus support page (checkhere) for this board. Chipsetdrivers for Windows 8.1 and earlier are available.
