- Meet the Crosshair V Formula-Z, a motherboard by Asus based on an upgraded 990FX chipset from AMD. This board supports any AMD processor configured for the AM3+ socket like the AM3+ FX, Phenom II, Athlon II, and the Sempron 100 series.
