We ship through the United States Post Office, or FedEx Ground depending on the weight and size of the item being sold. 

*Products sold over $250.00 will be shipped with a mandatory signature required for your protection, and ours. This is required by PayPal and we cannot waive this.

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, or our service, please contact us immediately before leaving negative response or anything less than a 5 star rating.  Contacting us through your item page is best because we can see your full transaction information. RETURN RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Items that cannot be returned:

• Items clearly sold AS-IS with no returns.
• Items that you\'ve had in your possession for 14 days after receiving the item from us.

• You are dissatisfied, and it is before 14 days since you received the item.
• You ordered the wrong item.

• Only if it was our error (not as described, sent wrong item, non functional and was advertised as functional). 

Fraudulent Return Activity & Item Inspections

• All items returned are inspecting for the reason you are returning. If the reason does not coincide with your reason for return, we will not pay return shipping.
• We log all serial numbers, mark each items specifically before shipping, and have additional photographs of each item. If you return an item that isn\'t the item we sent, this is fraud, fraud is a crime, and we will prosecute to the fullest.
