To protect both the buyer and the seller, we insure all packages. We have regular UPS daily pickups, and can ship: OVERNIGHT, 2-DAY, 3-DAY, and GROUND services. We have even shipped same day in the past (very expensive). We also can BLIND ship such that our company name is nowhere on the package or items. The label will show your return address. We will gladly ship on your FedEx/UPS account. Larger items will be shipped via Freight. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, extra charges may be added to cover lift-gate service. Freight deliveries to residential areas also will be charged more. International Shipping: Most international orders are shipped via USPS. If you need a faster service such as FedEx/UPS/DHL, the shipping rate will increase as they are more expensive. We will declare the full amount on customs forms; Please do not ask us to lie to the government.
We have a very professional pack team, and your item will arrive to you packed very safely. Once the item is paid for, we process the paperwork and our pack team works quickly to ship in the same day as payment arrives. If payment comes in towards the afternoon, we will most likely miss our Ground pickup, thus having to ship the next business day. Express pickups can be scheduled as late as 5:00PM EST

A credit card authorization form, with valid signature, must be completely filled out for us to charge your card.
Cashier’s Checks and Bank Checks are also accepted.
If interested in using a Corporate or Government Purchase Order, please email us ahead of time.
If there is a warranty on your item, you MUST contact us, in writing (email is sufficient) prior to warranty end. If it is determined that the item is defective and under warranty, we will gladly refund your purchase price upon the return of the item.
DO NOT SEND BACK DEFECTIVE ITEMS WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER. The only way the process will work is if you contact us first. We will also refund your shipping cost if the item is defective. If the item arrives to you in a beat up looking box, please notify the UPS driver to note the condition of the box. We ship in nice, clean boxes, and it should arrive to you in very nice condition. If your box looks beat up, please take photos before opening and after opening. Note any damage to the gear, and contact us immediately. We will file all the necessary paperwork with the carrier to claim insurance, and refund you immediately upon payment from them to us. Contact me if you have any questions about this.
