I purchased this directly from Caldigit in April 2016 (can supply purchase receipt if desired). Used for about 8 months. I had a couple drives fail and at the same time went a different direction for storage.I have removed the drives from this enclosure and am selling it WITHOUT media. Any set of 4 matching drives can be used. I had 2TB drives in it previously. Maximum size for individual drives is 6TB.
The unit has a 5-year warranty which should be valid till 4/15/21.
One of the drive trays has a broken latch, incurred while the unit was at a data recovery facility. This does not affect performance.
