1. What is the WRT310N?
The WRT310N Wireless-N Router is a three-in-one device. It acts as a wireless Access Point which lets you connect your wireless computers and devices to it without using wires. It also serves as a built-in 4-port full-duplex 10/100/1000 switch to connect your wired devices to it using Ethernet cables. The WRT310N also serves as your network\'s Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Server with a powerful Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) firewall to protect your computers against intruders and most known Internet attacks. It also supports Virtual Private Network (VPN) passthrough. The router function ties it all together, letting your whole network share high-speed Cable or DSL Internet connection.
2. What is the default IP address, Username and Password used to login to the WRT310N web-based setup page?
The IP address is 192.168.1.1. The default username is left blank and password is “admin”.
3. How can I reset the WRT310N to factory default settings?
Hold down the Reset button on the WRT310N for about 10 seconds. Alternatively, using the web-based setup page, go to Administration tab > Factory Defaults and click the Restore Factory Defaults button.
