Liquid cooler is USED but is in functioning order. Cooler is MISSING 2 SMALL WASHERS for Intel Installation. These little washers can be replaced at your local hardware store for less than a buck if you need them. Other than that, all hardware is included other than thermal paste / compound. Parts are dusty, dirty, and the copper plate is scratched but that does not effect the use or performance. Liquid cooler was pulled from a working AM3+ machine.
