We are happy to work with you to resolve an issue if you are considering negative response. We realize that there are always risks associated with selling used items. We do our best to minimize the risks and describe items accurately. But stuff happens. Opening a case through the system will not get you better service than you would otherwise receive. We want you to be happy. And we want you to come back.
SHIPPING:
We try to ship items as soon as they are paid for. The earlier in the day that you pay the easier it is for us to ship that same day. We reserve the right to process shipments within two business days after payment is received. We are a small operation and people do get sick and take time off. USPS pick-ups are Monday through Friday around mid-day. FedEx pick-ups are Monday through Friday in the afternoon.
You can save money by picking up your item at our facility. Please let us know that you would like to make a local pickup and we can send you a revised invoice. If you pay for shipping your item will be shipped in order to comply with and PayPal tracking rules.
Please make sure your address is correct in the Paypal system. We will not take responsibility if you put the wrong address in Paypal. If you give us the wrong address and the item is returned, you will be responsible for paying for re-shipment. If the item is not returned and PayPal will not help you.
For insured items damaged in transit, buyer must notify seller and carrier respectively. If necessary, seller will initiate claim with the appropriate carrier, and determination of refund/replacement will be made by the carrier\'s inspection of the damaged package and item.
