Ready to go out of the box, there is no keyboard, mouse, speakers, or monitor included unless otherwise arranged. You will receive the desktop only plus one power cable, no software, discs or manuals.
Please make sure you are plugging into the HD6850 video card itself and not to the onboard blue VGA or HDMI port that is on the motherboard. When a dedicated video card is plugged in, this turns off the onboard video automatically. This is normal for all desktops and is NOT a defect.

Return Information
We will accept returns up to 14 days after date of delivery. Buyer responsible for return shipping, insurance and proper packing. Items tested as working, missing parts, damaged on return, or due to buyer remorse will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any returns must be received within 30 days of original delivery date.
All returns must be approved before they should be sent back. Items sent back without communication will be considered abandoned and we will re-sell, recycle or keep the item.
