- We will repair any hardware issues you may encounter with your pc within 30 days of delivery (only on units with DOA warranty). If repair or a replacement is not available, your payment will be refunded minus shipping cost.
- Item must be shipped back to us exactly as it was shipped to the buyer, at the expense of the buyer within 30 days of delivery.
- We work very hard to make sure a buyer does not have to go through the experience of receiving a DOA item. This is why all products are tested before shipment.
- Please keep in mind DOA warranty means dead on arrival, i.e. the pc is dead and won’t boot. Software and physical imperfections are not covered under DOA. Although buyers are always welcome to contact us for help with any issue they may have with their pc.
