The laptop’s cosmetics are overall good, but here\'s what I see as evidence of past use: Some light marks, or scratches here and there on the exterior plastic of the type that come from normal handling. The lid shows random light scratches; some scuffs; and wear in corners and along edges. The base looks good, with some light scratches, frictional marks, and all the rubber “feet” are in place on the base and bottom cover. The keyboard is complete, fully functional, and looks very nice. The LED screen is bright, sharp, and overall looks great. The cover hinges are stiff, and the lid and display are held firmly in all positions. Inside, the palm rest also looks good with the usual light marks from the rubber cushions of the lid. The fingerpad and mouse buttons show only minimal polish from past use. The battery is a used Dell 56 Wh type, and it holds a charge. The bios reports it is of “normal” health. The laptop passed the pre-boot diagnostics test in all respects. Other than mentioned, there is no significant damage or breakage apparent anywhere on the laptop. Look at the images to make your own judgment.
The Dell Latitude E series laptops were widely used in business and so now are a great value in the resale market. The E5410 is portable and very capable running Windows 10 or 7. Essential updated Windows 7 drivers have been loaded, but Windows 10 may modify some of the installed drivers.
