Windows 10 is not activated on units that came with olderthan Windows 7. Whether or not windows is activated can be seen in the picture ofthe system specs.
You will not receive a charger with this unit. Certainlaptops may be missing screws and/or hard drive caddy. Play it safe and assumethis one is missing those things and offer accordingly.
Some laptops run slower than others. Our testing does not recordor go into the examination of run speed.
