Product Description

This item is pre-owned, in good condition. This item may have signs of wear typical of regular use (such as scratches, scuffs, or marks.) Overall, this laptop is in good cosmetic condition without major issues that would hinder its functionality. This laptop does, however, have a couple of non-cosmetic related issues. First, the battery seems to be dead - The laptop will never charge above 1% and dies within seconds of being unplugged. In addition, this laptop was a customer return. When it was in our store, it was running windows 7. It\'s now running windows 10 but will not activate - this may indicate issues with the copy of windows installed. Due to these issues and other potential issues not immediately obvious, this item is being sold AS-IS, with absolutely NO RETURNS. If you are purchasing this item, you do so with the intent to fix the issues with it and/or use its working pieces as parts for another laptop. Please refer to the photos for more details.
