Sales Tax

AERC Shipping Policy
- We process shipments within 1 business day after receiving cleared funds, Monday thru Friday, shipment cutoff time is 9:00am EST for our east coast facilities and 9:00am PST for our west coast facilities on those days.
- We do not process orders on weekends, or major holidays.
- We do not ship to APO/FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
- Our shipping is provided with FedEx / USPS shipping only.
- Items purchased thru will only be shipped to /PayPal confirmed addresses within the Continental United States.
- You are responsible for confirming your address information is up to date and correct with /PayPal at the time of purchase.
- Our packages areNOTset for Delivery Conformation Signature Required.
EXTRA OPTIONSfor Shipping BEFORE PAYING:
- If you wantsignature requirementfor your package please let us know prior to paying. We will add a $5.00 charge on the invoice in the shipping section and send you the new invoice, this charge charges for this service.

- Tracking information will be added to the order upon the item being shipped from our facility.
- If your item(s) arrive damaged please hold the item, packaging, and contact us immediately thru messaging. All shipping claims must be approved by the carrier before a refund can be issued.
AERC Return Policy
- We work hard to make you, the customer, happy and satisfied with your purchase. All of our items sold thru carry a30-day warrantywhich starts on the delivery date reported by the shipping carrier.
- In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we kindly ask that you contact us directly (via messaging) and allow our customer service team the opportunity to resolve the issue(s).
- Please contact us thru via messaging BEFORE opening a case against us which will only delay the return/refund process. Please note that if you send us a message thru messaging on a day that is not a business day (Saturday/Sunday/major holidays) you will not get a response until the next business day.
- You, the buyer, can return the item to us, for any reason within the 30-day window.
- Please do not leave us negative, or neutral, response before giving us the chance to resolve your issue(s) directly; this, again, will only slow the resolution process.
- AERC Recycling Solutions reserves the right to refuse anyunauthorizedreturns.
- Return shipment information (call tags, pickups, etc.) must be initiated by us and we will cover those return shipping costs. We will NOT cover shipping costs that you incur by shipping an item yourself to us.
- Refunds will only be processed when we have received the returned item.
Restocking FeeInformation
Unless the product we sent you is defective (as determined by AERCRecycling Solutions), or the return is a direct result of an AERC RecyclingSolutions error, AERC may charge a 15% restocking fee of the purchase pricepaid for returned items.
