Windows professional has been installed and should be ready for all the prompts once you open it up, so you can set it up like new.
I will say, the matte black Dell used for this thing... doesn\'t like being touched, so if you don\'t like leaving fingerprints, Dell has found a way to make something not glossy, and still make it super finger-printy.
There is an un-populated M.2 slot under the hood as well.
Great laptop, I have used it for video editing and gaming, but ever since I got my Xiaomi Notebook Pro (and since I game a little less than I used to) I figured someone else could probably show it the love it deserves.
I will ship it in a new bookbag that was a gift, never used the book bag. If you don\'t want it, toss it, gift it, whatever :)
