We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery on any item that is considered fully or partially defective. This does not apply to any product that is explicitly sold in .as-is. condition, or if we explicitly mention a different warranty for that item.
Below are our policies on dealing with refunds for a RMA. For defective parts/systems:
Once a RMA is initiated, we will cover return shipping costs if applicable. We will also ship a replacement part or system at no additional cost if the product is available in our inventory. If the product is not currently available, then we will issue a refund for the price of the product (not including shipping fees).
For working parts/systems:
Once a RMA is initiated, we will provide instructions for how to return the product to us. We are able to provide a FedEx/UPS air-bill at our preferred rates to lower the cost to you. In addition, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on the original price of the item (not including shipping fees). If the cost of return shipping and restocking fee are lower than the original payment, then we will appropriately deduct those when issuing the refund.SHIPPING HANDLING
Orders for parts are shipped within 24 hours after purchase. Systems require in-depth testing by our technicians and thus are shipped within 72 hours of purchase. These timeframes don't apply to bulk orders. If you have a deadline to meet, please contact us so that we can expedite processing your purchase.
We typically use UPS or FedEx and shipping cost includes insurance and tracking. For low weight items, we may use USPS instead.
We offer overnight shipping on all parts. Please call us for next-day or two-day shipping.
We require adult signature for most purchases. Please contact us if this is an issue.
International customers are responsible for all the shipping charges including returns. Our shipping quotes on are only applicable to the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, other territories , please contact us.We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO.
We process orders from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm CDT. We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays. We try our best to put our store in vacation mode when it is an extended holiday.GENERAL POLICIES
All items are packaged in brand new brown boxes. Servers & workstations are handled with extreme care and foam packaging.
If you order an assembly or kit number, the part number ordered may not appear on the item. We can always help you verify that the item is correct.
We list the same item under multiple part numbers to make it easier for you to find. If you try to order multiple part numbers for the same item, we might not have that many units in stock. It will delay processing your order. Please call before ordering multiple items.
