I got a \"Virtual Disk Manager\" and \"The Device is not ready\" message when I connected this external drive to my Windows laptop. I don\'t know how to troubleshoot this so I\'m selling this enclosure without the hard drives. Please offer accordingly. AS IS. Selling for parts, no returns.
