Handling and Transit Time:
- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Typical order handling times (excluding computers) are 1 business day for Mail shipments, and 1-3 business days for UPS
- Typical order processing times for computers are 1 to 3 business days.
- Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be received on the next business day.
- Standard Shipping may include service by UPS Ground or US First Class Mail.
- Expedited Shipping only means service by US Priority Mail, and does not reduce the processing time for your order. Refer to the shipping tab (above) for estimated delivery dates.
- The estimated delivery dates provided to you by are a "best guess", are NOT a guarantee, and may not take order processing time fully into account.
- We reserve the right to choose the shipping method and carrier of our choosing, regardless of your selection.
- For items with calculated shipping, we charge actual shipping rates plus a small packaging fee (usually $1-4) to cover materials used. We do not profit from shipping.
- Items will be shipped to the address provided with your payment. No exceptions. No, not even just this once.
- We can not ship items on your UPS / Fedex / DHL account. However, if you wish to provide us with a pre-paid shipping label, we can often accommodate such a request.
- We do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping addresses containing "PO Box", "Box", "PMB", or similar will be delayed or canceled.
- We make every effort to ship items within the time estimated. Please see the shipping tab above for more information. Large items may incur additional delays which are beyond our control.
- We can often combine multiple shipments. Please request an invoice prior to sending payment to take advantage of combined shipping.
- Due to the frightening efficiency of our shipping department, it may not be possible to make any changes to your order after we have received payment.
- Automatically calculated shipping discounts may be subject to correction, at our discretion.
- UPS ground service is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Advertised rates apply.
Shipping Cutoff Times:
- We make all reasonable efforts to ship your order as quickly as possible, however...
- Payments received after 8am for US Mail, or 12pm for UPS Ground, are effectively received on the next business day, since we do not currently offer same-day shipping or express order processing.
- The day we effectively receive your payment is considered the day of purchase (the 0th day)
- Allow 1 business day for order processing for US mail shipments
- Allow up to 3 business days for order processing for UPS shipments
- Refer to the shipping tab (above) for estimated shipping and delivery date. Estimated dates are not guarantees.
- Pickup is ONLY available for items that list "Local Pickup" as a shipping option.
- A pickup appointment is required, to ensure your items are available when you arrive.
- Items must be paid for and picked up within 7 days. We take Cash on pickup, or Paypal in advance.
- We CAN NOT revise an invoice for local pickup after your purchase, per policy. No, not even just this once. Please contact us BEFORE purchasing the item. (Scroll to the bottom of this page and click 'Ask a Question')
- All freight items are subject to a minimum $20 handling fee. There is no charge to pick up non-freight items.
- For Paypal payments, we require a copy of your receipt printed from PAYPAL (not printed from ) as proof of purchase at the time of pickup.
If we made a mistake, we'll fix it. Depending on the item, we may exchange it, replace it, offer replacement parts, or issue a refund (after the item is returned, of course). Sometimes we may request pictures or other information in order to help us help you. Unless otherwise stated, our standard warranties are:
- 90 days for Laptop and Desktop Computers with Windows; repair or replacement only after 30 days.
- 30 days for everything else, excepting exclusions, below.
If you aren't happy with your item, and we didn't make a mistake, you may still return it within 30 days. We will refund payment for the item only, which does not including shipping charges, which are paid to the carrier. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% for any non-defective returns. Brand new / factory sealed items may not be returned once opened. See details below.
Items excluded from our standard warranty & return policy are:
- Items advertised "as-is" or "For parts..."
- Items that you attempt to service or repair, or that you take to any third party service provider, without our explicit written consent
- Items damaged in shipment (see special return instructions below)
- Brand new and sealed items, if opened
- Any shipment forwarded to another address not specified on your order
- International shipments (shipped outside of the US)
- All returns require an RMA#, which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Eligible items must be returned within 30 days, or within 7 days of issue of RMA#, whichever occurs first.
- Unless otherwise instructed, return all items, including the original packing material, in the condition in which you received them.
- Ensure the items are safely and securely packaged in order to prevent shipping damage. We are not liable for additional damages incurred during return shipping.
- If your items suffered damage in shipping, you MUST contact us for additional RMA instructions. We may refuse any damaged shipment which does not have an RMA number.
- To receive a refund for a damaged shipment, you are required to cooperate fully with the carrier claims process. The carrier may wish to inspect or take possession of any item damaged in shipment. You must keep all items AND packing material for inspection. Returning a damaged item to us without our express written authorization will negate our ability to file a damage claim, and you will NOT receive a refund.
- Be sure to use a shipping method that offers tracking or delivery confirmation.
- Most refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
- We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% from your refund for any non-defective returns.

Tracking information and other mail regarding your questions or purchases may be sent directly to your registered email address, and may sometimes be incorrectly classified as spam or bulk mail. Check your spam or bulk mail folders frequently. If we require a response and don't receive one, we will assume you no longer require our assistance.
