Shipping Policy
UPS Shipping to the Continental U.S. (lower 48 states) We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico)
UPS only ships to street addresses. Will not ship to P.O. Box, Military Base or College Dormitory.
If the item is 2 lbs. or less we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service.
If your purchased item is being shipped to an Iowa address, 7% sales tax will be added to the purchase order.
PayPal payments are processed immediately and will be shipped within Two Business Days.
When paying with PayPal the item can only be shipped to the confirmed address.
A Tracking Number will be sent via as soon as the item ships.
If you have won multiple sales combined shipping may be possible depending on size / weight of order. If items are paid for separately we will ship them separately.
Items can be picked up from our warehouse during business hours 9:00 to 5:00. Please message us in advance so we can have the item ready. Iowa %7 sales tax will be charged when physically picked up.
Description of Warranty:
No-D.O.A: Tested item is under warranty to arrive in working condition.
Buyer has 7 Days after receipt of item to notify us of any issues.
Buyer must contact us prior to returning the item for an RMA Number.
Returned items must be packaged in original shipping materials or in similar packaging.
Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will net be reimbursed.
Our Technicians will diagnose the item within 3 business days.
If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion a replacement may be sent, or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
Buyers’ lack of knowledge of software, drivers, or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
If item is found to be in advertised working condition, buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00, whichever is greater. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
If the item has been damaged in transit, UPS should be contacted to initiate a claim.
If buyer prefers we call UPS, we will need to be supplied with a telephone number and a convenient time for UPS to call you directly.
