Please always contact us via message before opening a case or returning the item to us. We will resolve your issue within 3 days including weekends.
You may return the item to us within 30 days, hassle free, no restocking fee (US Buyers Only), buyer pays for a return shipping label unless something is wrong with the item.
Buyers have only 3 days after the delivery to report any damages in shipping transit. Please inspect the laptop/notebook carefully as soon as you receive it. We will not take any responsibility after 3 days of delivery. However, if the item fails within 14 days after arrival, please report to us and we will replace or give you a full refund including any shipping charges.
We will inspect the item and process your refund within 3 day including weekends.
It is very important that Item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. No operating system changes, no CPU overclocking, drivers and/or any other hardware changes. If you have upgraded to Windows 10, please roll back to previous version (Windows 7) before returning it. Orders are always shipped within 24-36 hours of cleared payment excluding weekends and holidays. We don’t process orders on the weekends. We don’t drop off or have USPS pick up packages on Saturdays. Please send us a message if you want us to ship your item on Saturday.

In most cases, any item over $75; signature will be required at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign & receive the item, it will be at your local USPS post office. We are professional and well trained, 99.99% of are packages are delivered safely without a damage from shipping. USPS flat rate white box may look crushed but you will receive your notebook as we sent it. Please read our response. We also use FedEx ground to ship. Our priority is to get your item to you faster without damage.
