Shipping (expedited):
In many of out sales, there is an option to ship via FedEx express. Orders will ship the same day if (1) paid early / Eastern Time, (2) on a business day (3) order is not a large item which needs prep. Third Party Shipping: We cannot ship via \"third party billing\" because of chargebacks. If you need something quickly, arrange it with us via messaging first.
Ship Times:Items are usually shipped within 24 hours after payment on business days. Payments received after hours, weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Larger orders ship within 24-48 hours on business days, if there are any more expected delays, we will contact you via messaging. If you need an item via express, contact us before offerding so we can make arrangements. We ship via Fedex Ground, Fedex 2 day, Postal Priority & First Class and UPS. Any orders with PO or APO/AE addresses will be shipped via US MAIL. Please allow enough time for transit with US mail as the carrier.

International Orders:
All International orders are shipped FOB USA, (duties, brokerage fees and any customs fees are responsibility of the buyer). Returns:
We offer returns on most products if the request is made within 30days of receipt of each shipment. We provide a 30 day DOA warranty on all products we ship.After 30 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer for any issues you are having with the product.Damages or other shipping issues must be reported to us within 24 hours. A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before sending your item back. Please send a message through requesting the RA. Please allow 24 - 48 business hours for us to issue and send you a RA number. You will receive instructions on where and how to return the product via . We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned item and less original shipping fees. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories. Any item returned incomplete, altered or damaged will be refused. Customer pays shipping to return the product to our location and will also be charged additional shipping for a new product to be sent out. We track serial #s and have security measures in place to identify our products. If serial #s or markings are defaced or altered, the RA is void.Below are some examples of non-returnable items.
