We strive to ship orders the same day as payment received. If payment reflects during the night, a weekend, or a national holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.
Where an order is too large and does not fit the description of a standard parcel (your purchase requires special attention due to size, value, delivery requirements, customs clearance, etc.) shipment will be done as soon as it is conducive to do so (e.g. all conditions such as customs papers, location opening hours, forklifts, etc. are attended to).

We generally use FedEx for shipments within the EU, USA, and Canada. DPD is used for domestic shipments. For areas outside the EU, we use PostNL (Dutch postal service). Large, heavy items on pallets are distributed worldwide via airfreight, road, rail, or sea.
Where multiple items are purchased, shipping is consolidated to ensure your costs are minimized. Please email or call us regarding consolidated shipping charges.
We allow buyers to collect their items themselves. In this instance, no extra fees are charged (i.e. free in-store pickup). Where buyers collect their own items, payment needs to be done either via bank transfer or cash on pick up. We do not allow pickups if payment was through PayPal. All items paid via PayPal MUST be shipped. There are NO exceptions. Please call us or send a message via in the event you wish to arrange a pickup, stating the date and time.
