Delivery Information

We stand by our 60 day guarantee that the product(s) you purchase from Fresh Tech Direct will be free of defects under normal use during the functional warranty period. This warranty does not apply to software issues of any kind such as viruses, malware, or accidental damages to software or hardware.
If you experience functional problems with your hardware during the warranty period please contact us with a description of the issue. We will first attempt to resolve the problem. In many cases, a simple solution can be found. Batteries are considered a wearable part & are not covered under warranty except DOA (Dead on Arrival)
